As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst you will work in the Regulatory Compliance department of Ebury London which sits within the Financial Crime Compliance department.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the regulatory deliverables are met within the required timelines and KPIs are recorded
- Support day-to-day tasks relating to EEA Regulatory Reporting projects (e.g., setting up and preparing agendas for correspondence/meetings, drafting presentations, drafting minutes, monitoring team email inbox).
- Assist in the creation and implementation of governance and oversight framework for the EEA branches
- Train and support team members to increase level of reporting expertise
- Liaise with colleagues globally to help harmonise processes and increase efficiencies
- Work in close collaboration with Local MLROs, Data Team and other Departments to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support all regulatory audits and reviews
- Support for corporate projects impacting the current and future Regulatory reporting framework to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Complete MI and other related packs
What we are looking for
- Minimum degree requirement in Economics, Finance or Law.
- Proven organisational skills – ability to multitask, set priorities, manage deadlines and business needs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Familiarity with the interpretation of regulations
- Additional languages will be considered a plus
