    Why join our Pest Finance Team?

    Ecolab Pest Division are looking for a Finance Intern to support our existing divisional finance team. Ideally we would be looking for someone who is currently studying Finance & Accounting or Business Degree or has finished university and looking for their first stage in their career. This role is based on a 6- 12 months fixed term contract, we would consider part-time working for the right candidate.

    We will provide you with the training to start your Finance career.

    As a Finance Intern you will

    • Already have some administrative and finance awareness
    • Be able to do follow processes for set deadlines
    • Have great attention to detail & an analytical mind
    • Be eager to learn & happy to ask questions
    • Be able to interpret and analyse financial data
    • Competent and comfortable in using Excel (vlookups, pivots, if statements)
    • Have initiative to look for efficiencies in processes.
    • Financial / commercial awareness, so you can not just undertake work, but also be confident to challenge the team on what they are doing
    • Support the commercial finance department, by producing key reports, such as headcount reporting, portfolio reports, management information pack etc.
    • Calculate the variable pay of our operations / sales teams.
    • Understanding of Power BI & Excel macros would be useful but not a pre-requisite
