Our unique low temperature, residue-free hydrogen peroxide vaporisation (HPV) technology has been proven to provide rapid, repeatable, safe and reliable eradication of microbiological pathogens (Including COVID-19)  from rooms and other interior spaces. What You Will Do

  • Assembly of mechanical components using multiple fixing methods and standard and specialist tooling eg. torque drivers, air drivers, bespoke test equipment
  • Have a basic understanding of assembly principles,
  • Ability to read and understand engineering specifications / instructions / Drawings
  • Skilled use of hand and power tools within assembly processes
  • Experience of loom wiring and the use of crimp tools
  • Soldering using electrical soldering equipment
  • Drilling and tapping holes using power and manual tools
  • Carry out tests in accordance with manufacturing instructions following suitable training
  • To be flexible and work in all areas of the business including stores, service pick/pack/dispatch and peroxide filling and bottling.
  • To work in a safe, clean customer focused approach.

Essential & desirable skills

  • Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training)
  • Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems
  • Strong attention to detail, good communicator and a team member
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of position

Physical Demands

  • Physically fit to carry out manual assembly operations including  lifting, kneeling, bending , standing for long periods
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Good eyesight (with spectacles if worn) and colour vision
  • To be driven by quality and customer satisfaction
  • To work well as part of a close team as well as individually motivated
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawing
  • 3+ year experience in assembly
  • Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals
