The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join Edrington as a Junior Software Engineer. This is an entry/training position in an expanding team with significant opportunities to get exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders and technologies.
As such, the graduate will work under the guidance of senior members of the team and is unlikely to take direct responsibility for leading projects or people. The focus is in building Subject Matter Expertise and skills in pertinent business and technical areas via appropriate mentored “on the job” activity. Initially this is likely to mean a focus on “Support” work as a means of building initial skills, knowledge and relationships.
