This is an entry-level Human Resources position within ETF’s People function. which is suitable for someone who is either beginning a career in HR or in the early stages and part-qualified. It will begin by providing significant administrative and transactional support to the team in the delivery of its generalist and specialist functions, while developing to provide services direct to ETF employees, particularly in recruitment, query management, basic employee relations activities, document and letter production and support for the wide range of activities and services provided by other team members.

Your profile

Undertake the range of people management administrative services for the complete employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding new starters, queries, learning and development, through to leavers.

Reporting to the People Business Partner, the job holder will be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate documentation using available HR
systems (HRIS Personio and standard Microsoft applications)

The job holder will manage the shared inbox, escalating issues to those responsible within the People team and progress chasing where required.

To develop knowledge and experience of handling queries as they arise from ETF employees and job applicants.

The successful candidate will have

  • In accordance with CIPD requirements, educated to degree level or equivalent, to enable participation in a suitable accredited programme of HR learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal reasoning skills to be able to write, interpret and advise on policies and procedures, contracts and other people management documentation.
  • Ability to reassure and inspire confidence in colleagues, internal clients, applicants, employees and external contacts.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge, understanding and personal commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across all areas of work
  • Personally committed to personal ongoing professional development and expanding portfolio of knowledge and experience on a continual basis.
