About the Role
To sustain and support our rapid growth in the UK, we are looking for a pro-active, adaptable, and problem-solving oriented individual to join the London office as a HR Administrator. The HR Administrator will report to the Head of People and collaborate closely with a team of 3. You will play a key role in actively implementing and enhancing HR processes, ensuring a seamless and dynamic experience for our team, and creating an environment where our consultants love to work.
Our London office comprises approximately 55 individuals. We come from all over the world, we bring an array of varied experiences and passions, each making a valuable contribution to Ekimetrics' success.
Accountabilities
HR and Admin
- Manage onboarding and support offboarding administration
- Ensure proper completion and filing of employment and legal documents
- Responsible for maintaining HRIS - updating employee details, monitoring absences and leave, user profiles, running reports and ensuring accurate use of platform
- Support immigration process including tracking and applying for employees’ visas
- Assist with administration and communication for co-ordinating training
- Updating and supporting drafting of HR documentation, policies and processes
- Generate HR memos - promotions, references, contracts, etc.
- Manage HR inbox and respond or escalate queries
- Support HR and people projects
- Maintain office supplies stationery, IT, groceries etc.
Desired Skills & experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, HR, support, or similar function
- Knowledge and experience using HR systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Uses their initiative, has flexibility and the ability to adapt to different environments
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Professional, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
