Seven League are looking for a Digital Research Analyst to support our services to clients. As the leading global digital sports agency and consultancy, we need Research Analysts to work on insight reports and campaign plans, supporting our Consulting team in planning and delivering to clients their own data-led digital roadmap.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Supporting clients with planning and implementing paid social media campaigns
- Reporting on paid social campaigns and providing relevant insights
- Supporting clients with their digital marketing campaigns over email and mobile app notification channels
- Reporting on these campaigns and providing useful insights
- Analysis of data from multiple analytics sources and KPI tracking, e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics
- Report/ Presentation writing
- Audience and market research (primarily desk research using sources provided by the company)
- User experience research/ testing for digital products like websites and mobile apps
- Administration
- Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in paid social and/ or CRM (email, mobile app push notifications) is key for this role
- Experience in Excel and other data-reporting platforms (e.g. Google Data Studio) and products is required
- Highly numerate with good experience of using spreadsheets to understand and manipulate data
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; most analytics data does not tell a particularly remarkable story and we value anyone who can pick the important insight from the 5% that does
- Additional experience of digital marketing channels is beneficial – this could be from previous full-time roles or from passion projects (e.g. personal podcasts, blogs, social media channels, websites and apps, content production or commercial)
- Previous experience in client facing roles or experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders within an organization
- Experience of content planning, production and publishing would be advantageous
- Technically savvy and passionate about the latest digital trends and developments
- A keen understanding of digital technologies, social media platforms, websites, apps and content production
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to follow a style-guide when producing Powerpoint documents
- Organised, proactive and able to meet fixed deadlines while managing multiple client demands (a typical month might involve working across 3-5 different clients at one time)
- A commitment to continual professional development of oneself and others
- Hard-working, flexible and adaptable
- The ability to effectively communicate and provide quick and accurate feedback
- Customer or client-focused approach
- Strong initiative with a 'can do' attitude and willingness to be flexible in approach to achieve desired outcomes
Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position.
- Please note this role will be based at our offices in Isington, London.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
