    IMG Studios are seeking multiple Edit Assistants to provide media ingest, file delivery, media management and edit suite support to all creative production teams.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Ensuring that all media is Ingested, formatted and delivered correctly based on the clients specification
    • Transfer, archive and duplication of analogue and digital assets across a variety of formats
    • Organizing and Recording of live programming
    • Front line edit suite support
    • Liaise with the MSA Shift Manager about deadlines and workflow decisions
    • Report any equipment issues within the MSA department
    • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

    Knowledge and Experience

    • Working knowledge of Avid / Interplay / Adobe Premiere
    • Previous experience working in a technical role in either a Broadcast or post-production environment.
    • Good understanding of file based workflows
    • Broad knowledge of industry standard file formats and codecs and their uses
    • Good understanding of the Post-production process

    Working Conditions

    • This is a permanent role based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
    • The working hours are an average of 40 hours per week, on a shift basis which includes weekends / public holidays.
