At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

Intern, Media Librarian, Studios
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised individual ready to dive into a variety of projects, big or small, with an unwavering positive attitude. Your keen initiative for learning on the go and love for teamwork are crucial assets. While a background in sports or events is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker – we value your passion and attention to detail above all.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritising tasks effectively
- Meeting deadlines with finesse
- Undertaking various administrative duties
- Digitisation and ingest of tape archive to IMG Studios Media Asset Management System
- Onboarding of key content (IMG and/or Client owned) to specified sites (VizOne; Cloud; Client sites)
- Logging and publishing of digital content to various platforms
- Responsibility for various regular administrative tasks:
- Metadata checks
- Asset updates
- Media management
We’d love if you have these
- Having an interest in or familiarity with film/tape recording formats for TV production
- Good team player
- Professional and keen approach to work
Program details
We have internships available across our businesses at 160/90, Corporate Services, Endeavor Analytics, IMG Arena, IMG Events, IMG Media (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League), IMG Production & Studios, Licensing, On Location, Professional Bull Riders, and WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include Beverly Hills, New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, Pueblo, CO, London, Paris, and Gliwice, Poland.
All internships are in the office and in person unless otherwise noted.
Our program will include a welcome event, speaker series, career planning sessions, team projects, and other events throughout the 10 weeks you’re with us.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted.

Our process consists of 4 steps.
1. Tell us your story.

2. Video Interview with a Recruiter.
If selected for next steps, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.
3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager.
If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.
4. Offer or Decline.
If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Our internships are designed with rising junior and senior undergraduate candidates in mind; however, current college enrollment is not required for all of our internships.
