    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join the SNTV team.

    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the candidate will support the needs of the marketing department and perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    The role will be varied, working across numerous tasks including creating & updating sales and marketing collateral, keeping the website updated, updating our social channels, proofreading articles, compiling client emails, campaign reporting and maintaining the CRM system. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will also collaborate with our Commercial and Editorial teams, ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to when planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives.

    Our ideal team member will have some marketing experience, good attention to detail, as well as strong organisation and project management skills. This role would suit a resourceful and pro-active individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Knowledge of sport and previous experience within a B2B marketing team would be advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Assist the Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Executive in the execution of all marketing plans.
    • Help with client communications: compile newsletter information, prepare distribution, track email success and create reports as required.
    • Responsible for keeping all contact data updated – in both CRM and email marketing platform.
    • Work across creating and updating all sales & marketing collateral, including presentations, coverage documents and product sheets, ensuring they are kept updated across all channels.
    • Assist with keeping the websites regularly updated, including articles, events, imagery and ensure SEO optimization.
    • Regularly update the YouTube and Instagram channels with relevant football content.
    • Support the Content Marketing Executive with research for articles including the gathering of relevant industry data and stats.
    • Assist with copywriting and proof-reading for articles, social posts, press releases etc; ensuring on-brand.
    • Assist Marketing Manager with ad hoc product development projects as required.
    • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

    Knowledge and Experience      

    • Previous experience within a marketing team ideally B2B in sports media or video
    • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
    • Knowledge of sport, including regional/international sport
    • Digital marketing experience across, websites, ecomms, social media
    • Experience with website analytics, SEO and PPC desirable
    • Familiarity with web-related tools e.g. html, email marketing and web analytics

    Working Conditions

    • This is a 12 month fixed term contract
    • This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with flexibility on remote working
    • Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday 
    • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
