    We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players to join our Library team at IMG Studios.

    Key responsibilities will include digitising and media managing digital and physical content across a range of different sports; onboarding content from our key rights holders to their dedicated platforms; carrying out weekly metadata checks on Viz One and cataloguing new content received by the department.

    The successful candidate will have a thorough and ordered approach to work and strong attention to detail. You will need to be a team player, willing to support others and able to communicate effectively. Experience of working in a production environment would be advantageous.

    It would also be advantageous for candidates to have knowledge of video and file formats as well as an interest in a wide variety of sports.

    PLEASE NOTE: This role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge and is a fixed term contract.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Digitisation and ingest of tape archive to IMG Studios Media Asset Management System (VizOne)
    • Monitoring and liaising with internal productions and commercial clients for media requests
    • Operational duties including controlling the movement of physical archive assets
    • Onboarding of our key rights holders’ content to VizOne and IMGReplay.com
    • Logging of digital content ready for publishing onto various platforms, such as VizOne and IMGReplay.com
    • Perform administrational duties such as metadata checks and updates of assets on various platforms, such as VizOne and Turnstile
    • Carrying out weekly media management on Viz One of Library Projects digital content

    Knowledge and Experience

    • Knowledge of video and film formats
    • Interest in a wide variety of sports

    Working Conditions  

    • This is a fixed term position based at Stockley park, Uxbridge
    • Working hours are an average of 40 hours per week
    • Possible shift work to cover library digitisation solution
    • Possible travel to other UK based library storage facilities
    • Free onsite parking at Stockley Park)
