    Reporting into the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will provide key production co-ordination and assistance for the Premier League ICS department and across the wider Premier League Productions team. 

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support across Premier League Productions Core programming (weekly magazine shows);
    • Organizing and setting up multiple UK and International camera shoots: crewing camera operators, booking camera kit, travel, accommodation, sourcing locations, talent and props; and applying for visas and carnets. Occasionally you will be required to go onsite to ensure the smooth production of these shoots;
    • Booking voiceovers, editors and all post-production facilities and managing these rotas;
    • Ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created by the relevant Producer;
    • Creating Call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours;
    • Clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable;
    • Booking talent & arranging travel arrangements etc;
    • Completing PAP post-production paperwork; (stills lists, music cue sheets etc.)
    • Cost tracking on a daily basis and keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant. Processing invoices and raising purchase orders;
    • Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager;
    • Managing floats and expenses;
    • Being point of contact for internal and external clients;
    • You may also be required to carry out any other duties, which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

    Knowledge and Experience

    • Previous experience as established Production Assistant or higher;
    • Experience of setting up and organizing single camera shoots (including organizing carnets and visas);
    • Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets;
    • Experience of raising electronic purchase orders, floats, producing call sheets;
    • Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments.

    Working Conditions

    This is a 3-month fixed-term contract based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge

    The working hours are an average of 40 hours per week

    May require late start/finishes and weekend working where necessary.
