About the role

Our Graduate Sales Scheme offers the perfect career opportunity to gain both transferable business and commercial skills within a specialist business, as well as gain industry recognised professional qualifications. The scheme is a 2-year scheme moving into a fully qualified Account Executive role upon completion. Key elements of the scheme will include;

• Gaining understanding of the Insurance Industry, including elements of FCA and Compliance
• Study support and completion of Cert CII qualifications
• The opportunity to work towards DIP CII  
• Build key commercial sales skills
• Working with key clients and stakeholders
• Acquiring specialist insurance and product knowledge to support career growth

Person

We are looking for driven graduates who are available to join the team in September 2022 following successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree (Any degree discipline)

The Graduate will also demonstrate the following;

• Desire and drive to continue learning and develop a thriving career at Endsleigh
• Passion for providing good customer service
• Strong communication skills 
• Interest in sales and working in a target driven environment

Your starting salary will begin at £20,000 (plus bonus) rising in increments to £30,000 (plus bonus) by the end of the 2 year scheme.

We will offer you a fantastic benefits package which includes a defined contribution pension scheme where Endsleigh will contribute 4% of your pensionable salary increasing to 8% at 5 years’ service and rising again to 12% in year 10.
