About the role
Our Graduate Sales Scheme offers the perfect career opportunity to gain both transferable business and commercial skills within a specialist business, as well as gain industry recognised professional qualifications. The scheme is a 2-year scheme moving into a fully qualified Account Executive role upon completion. Key elements of the scheme will include;
- Gaining understanding of the Insurance Industry, including elements of FCA and Compliance
- Study support and completion of Cert CII qualifications
- The opportunity to work towards DIP CII
- Build key commercial sales skills
- Working with key clients and stakeholders
- Acquiring specialist insurance and product knowledge to support career growth

We are looking for driven graduates who are available to join the team in September 2022 following successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree (Any degree discipline)
The Graduate will also demonstrate the following;
- Desire and drive to continue learning and develop a thriving career at Endsleigh
- Passion for providing good customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sales and working in a target driven environment

Your starting salary will begin at £20,000 (plus bonus) rising in increments to £30,000 (plus bonus) by the end of the 2 year scheme.
We will offer you a fantastic benefits package which includes a defined contribution pension scheme where Endsleigh will contribute 4% of your pensionable salary increasing to 8% at 5 years’ service and rising again to 12% in year 10.
