    The role

    To provide support to the Origination Sales Team including analysis, quote preparation, contract operation, construction and maintenance of internal systems.

    Key responsibilities 

    • Capture and maintenance of export, Battery and DSR prospect and contract data in systems
    • Provide flows of data to internal and external stakeholders
    • Quotation preparation to respond to export/DSR requests in a timely and accurate manner
    • Correct use and maintenance of pricing models and documents to be used during the Pricing Process
    • Correct use and maintenance of billing models and documents to be used during the Billing Process
    • Support the monitoring and reporting on electricity Export, Battery and DSR activity and margin
    • Support the development of new/amended export products
    • Support the operation of existing customers contracts
    • Support the development and maintenance of Continuous Improvement Processes for Export
    • Support the delivery of excellent customer service to Export/PPA/Battery/DSR customers
    • Carry out analysis to improve knowledge and intelligence of market/customers
    • Management and co-ordination of the Feed in Tariff process including Account Management.

    Requirements

    • Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Analytical skills and the ability to turn data into intelligence
    • Highly numerate with the ability to demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Knowledge of export retail pricing and billing policies/ methodologies and systems
    • Knowledge of export market and products
    • Knowledge of embedded benefits and regulations
    • Understanding and knowledge of the Feed in Tariff Scheme, legislation and regulatory framework
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel

    Experience

    • Experience in the UK power/gas market (specifically the renewable sector)
    • Experience of working with customers and/or renewables developers
    • Experience of delivering high levels of customer service through efficient operations
