Due to a departure in the team, the Rugby Football Union is looking for a driven Sales Executive, who will play a key role in the sale and renewal of England Rugby Debenture products.
Reporting into the Debenture Memberships Manager, the role holder will be integral to the successful delivery of our upcoming Debenture renewal campaigns; playing a key role in the account management and sales of this premium membership alongside the operational implementation of the Twickenham Stadium Debenture programmes.
This role will involve extensive membership account management, renewals and new business sales generation as part of the team to deliver Twickenham Debenture sales.
Accountabilities
- Key role in the premium sales team, responsible for the retention and acquisition of Twickenham Debentures.
- Be fully responsible for the conversion of incoming enquiries to confirmed sales.
- Achieve seasonal Debenture Member renewal targets.
- Pipeline and waitlist management.
- Adhering to set KPIs – call times, meetings & networking events.
- Managing and reporting personal pipeline.
- Instigating and conducting face-to-face meetings with Debenture prospects and members.
- Working with the Premium Sales Manager & Debenture Manager on creating, managing and maintaining marketing initiatives to generate the required number of
- sales leads in order to achieve monthly targets.
- Assisting with the running of member events that will drive retention and new business.
- Support with pre, during and post event day customer queries.
- Assist the Debenture Manager in implementing the Debenture member loyalty program.
- Working a set number of event days per season at Twickenham Stadium.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business, and operational plans.
- Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the RFU, including the promotion of the RFU core values and BACK culture.
- Undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation.
