At Eni, we are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst within ETB in Eni House, 10 Ebury Bridge Road, SW1W 8PZ London. You will be responsible for facilitating the continued development of our energy trading business worldwide. With counterparty analysis as a core competency, the successful candidate will develop industry experience and expertise, with a strong focus on oil trading activities. You will analyse and help to onboard new trading partners, structure new business initiatives, negotiate credit support arrangements and analyse a diverse range of counterparties allowing you to contribute significantly to the business.

ETB’s activities further include the sourcing and management of maritime transportation and logistic services, and the provision of oil risk management services, for itself and on behalf of the whole Eni group, by trading commodity derivatives on the main regulated and over the counter markets.

As a member of CFO Team at ETB you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and quantifying credit risk profile of a single counterparty through in-depth analysis of financial statements and market data and benchmarking against a portfolio of counterparties
- Fostering appropriate cross-functional awareness of key credit exposures, concerns and protections to ensure a sound and transparent decision-making process around material credit decisions
- Collaborating with broader credit teams to facilitate effective and timely coverage of the counterparty portfolio
- Running daily credit reports and controls, and monitoring daily credit risk limits
- Providing support on daily margining activities
- Prepare presentations to present to higher management on different credit related topics
- Supporting negotiation of ISDA, Credit support documentation (letters of credit) and PCGs
- Guaranteeing compliance with credit risk procedures

- Excellent technical credit skills in corporate analysis, including cash flows analysis.

- Full command of English language (written and spoken), knowledge of Italian language is not essential but would be an advantage.
- University degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting or quantitative discipline.
- Candidate with experience in credit risk with oil, gas, power or derivative companies would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel, VBA skill would be an advantage.
