At Eni, we are looking for a Trading Analyst within ETB in London. You will be responsible for reporting directly to the Head of LPG & Naphtha Trading and working closely with Trading, Operations, Upstream Marketing, Middle Office, and Back Office functions within ETB; Working on any “ad hoc” requests assigned by the team /line manager.

As a member of at ETB you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing of client and market data in order to help developing and executing trades.
- Data entry for each Cargo purchase and sales, Hedges, Freight and logistics costs, purchase and sales prices and additional costs related to each transaction.
- Data Entry of Derivatives transactions
- Cargo Tracking - set up, maintain, and improve a “cargo tracking” excel sheet (vessels b/l, destination, ws rate.)
- Dealing with Middle Office for P&L reconciliation.
- Market analysis (supply and demand, global crack spreads, margins).
- Internal reports on trading activity.
- Daily update of excel sheet, reflecting the Market Structure (time spreads).
- Arb and Crack calculations.
- Track refinery turnarounds.
- Risk management and market monitoring (learn basics).
- Dealing with Shipping Department, other Trading desks and Overseas offices in Houston and Singapore as instructed by traders.
- Dealing with Counterparties (including Eni Group divisions) as instructed by traders.
- Reporting .

- University Degree in a Quantitative Studies (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Physics or IT)
- Strong mathematics and programming skills.
