We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to join our team at Envision Medical Communications, part of Envision Pharma Group, and make a significant impact on our client solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills while contributing to successful project and program delivery for our clients.

    About the role

    As an Associate Account Executive, you will be an integral part of our account teams, providing essential administrative, organizational, and project coordination support. In this training position, you will work closely with mentors and senior colleagues, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in project management and client service delivery.

    Key responsibilities

    • Project Management and Delivery: Support the preparation of project timelines, maintain project tracking information, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Client Interaction: Assist in preparing materials for client-specific systems, respond to queries, and provide project assets to external organizations or suppliers.
    • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
    • Information Management: Undertake information retrieval and evaluation, and manage documents according to company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
    • Some prior experience in a project administration or coordination role is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • A proactive, problem-solving approach and meticulous attention to detail.
