    As an End User Compute Technician your primary responsibilities will be to store, build, deploy and maintain the operational devices and applications used to manage the electricity network. Electricity North West has IT assets across the North West of England and as a field technician you will be required to travel regularly.

    This is an entry level role that would suit someone with IT qualifications looking to gain hands on experience. To succeed as an EUC Technician you must be able to self-manage on a day to day basis, forward think and plan to meet logistical challenges in a safe manner and provide a great customer service.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience in Windows 10 desktop support;
      • Hardware build and maintenance
      • Image creation and deployment
      • Network connectivity and troubleshooting;
    • Experience of O365 – basic administration and troubleshooting;
    • An IT graduate, completion of an IT apprenticeship or experience working in IT;
    • Detail oriented, with a concern for safety, quality and customer service;
    • Flexibility in the face of changing operational priorities;
    • A full driving license (essential).
