Here at Epassi UK we are trying to boost the everyday wellbeing of the UK's working population. As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Executive who will join our team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Main responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance client experience.
  • Optimise our social media and email marketing campaigns using data-driven insights and make strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct digital research on prospective merchants and manage the merchant onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants.
  • Stay informed of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and propose strategies to enhance our digital presence.
  • Support the Digital Manager in executing marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Address user queries and escalate as necessary.
  • Assist with sales and marketing administration tasks as required.

What you'll need

You will be a great fit if you have A-Levels or equivalent in marketing, IT or web design.

We are also keen to hear from candidates with a creative passion!

  • Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration,
  • Strong computer skills may have experience, but not essential, with Microsoft, HubSpot, WordPress, Asana, webdesign and Google Drive is a plus.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner who enjoys challenges.

Desirable

  • Formal marketing training.
  • Prior experience in a retail role.
