About this opportunity

Graduate RAN Engineer: Support the Post Swap Performance team to gain customer acceptance by analysis of site, node, and antennae system issues to ensure they hit our targets. Liaise with stakeholders and customers to gain Performance Acceptance of site deployed. Support triage of all sites with unaccepted status and work with Tier 2 Partners and Field Service Teams to return to site to address known issues.

Graduate Implementation Manager: Manage Ericsson’s Third parties to deliver sites through a controlled program of works ensuring that all implementation works are undertaken to budget and within SLA. Primarily provide services relating to either Acquisition, Design or Construction of Ericsson LTE & 5G RAN solutions. Support the full lifecycle of Ericsson's projects, including planning, logistics & delivery.

Graduate Performance Engineer: The team are responsible for network performance and optimisation you will lead the delivery of a specific Customer Network performance improvement stream ensuring that the expected network enhancements are delivered and that the objectives are achieved. You provide a key interface towards the Ericsson Service Delivery Units (local and offshore) to secure Network Performance and to deliver a quality product.

Graduate Solution Architect: from technical support during pre-sales, to ensure the solution meets the customer requirement, to handing over a built site to the Integration team. You will be focussed on turning our client’s business challenges into technical solutions. We work with the client through all stages of a project, from presales, to delivery, ‘go live’ and beyond.

Key skills

If you have a passion for technology and telecommunications and are keen to secure a role that will allow you to put what you have learned in your degree into practice from day one, read on! We are seeking:

  • Graduates, (2021 onwards), with a degree from an engineering or telecoms subject area
  • Those within a commutable distance of Reading, Berkshire

  • Test Engineering (RAN)
    • Data analytical skills, (from studies, hobbies, or the workplace)
    • An understanding of the telecoms network
  • Implementation Management
    • Experience in taking a lead with a project end to end, (from studies, hobbies, family life or the workplace)
  • Performance Engineering
    • Big data manipulation and statistical analysis (Google Analytics, Power BI) experience, (from studies, hobbies or the workplace)
    • Experience, (from studies, hobbies or the workplace), in programming (MySQL, Python, C++)
  • Solution Architecture
    • An understanding of Radio principles & cellular networks
    • Experience with coding, data manipulation, data analytics, (from studies, hobbies or the workplace)
    • Willing to travel within UK
