Here is your next opportunity! We are now looking for a Junior Commercial/Pricing Manager to act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson.
Someone who will collaborate and partner with accounts and business areas to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations and support and / or take commercial decisions. Develop & improve new business models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins.
Responsibilities
- Pricing support in to all KAMs across the CU
- Support with project price/cost benchmarking
- Set/Track price levels and perform Price Analysis
- Develop and manage relationships with all partners.
- Participate in commercial customer arbitrations.
- Support key account managers in defining commercial proposal strategy.
- Maintain interface toward specific customer department.
- Provide input to commercial strategy with commercial awareness.
- Ensure and align commercial proposals and sales process with global guidelines to secure profitable sales.
- Manage commercial management resources to secure short- and long-term profitability through perfection in commercial management owned domain.
- Development and deployment of commercial directives and price & business models.
- Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with commercial focus.
Key Qualifications
- Education: MSc in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar.
- Proven track record as a Price Manager, Contract Manager, Account Manager, Deal Controller or similar.
- Negotiation skills
- Financial understanding
- Presentation & communication skills
- Risk Management experience
- Experience with the Salesforce CRM, Premium Proposal, Sales CLM tools.
- Consultative selling skills
- Market and Customer insight
