    We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department in the Northern Europe division. The purpose of the marketing team is to support various growth initiatives by raising our company profile, generating engagement opportunities with clients and to help convey our value proposition.

    We need someone who is enthusiastic, who can help keep our team organised and support on logistics for our various promotional activities. You will support the Senior Marketing Lead and 3 Marketing Execs, and also work with a broad cross-section of individuals, from fee-earning consultants, business developers, and other support functions like HR, Facilities, Finance and Health & Safety. It is a busy department, so managing your time is going to be key to meet deadlines.

    We are looking for someone who has an interest in marketing for a global sustainability consultancy. Some of your responsibilities will include: supporting the creation of client facing materials, helping to coordinate various client events, and producing external electronic communications.

    You will use a variety of software programs and systems to support the team, an excellent understanding of Word and PowerPoint is essential. You must have an eagerness to learn, training will be provided for other marketing systems that we use.

    The role will be aligned with ERM's hybrid model or working, with our office based in London and so some travel to this location will be necessary.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support on events i.e. conferences, seminars, roundtables, by searching for venues, creating e-invitations, coordinating and couriering exhibition equipment to venues, provide on-site support for marketing events i.e. seminars, conference sponsorships
    • Assisting with the production of marketing collateral i.e. brochures, case studies. Creatively enhance diagrams, flyers, presentations, proposals etc.
    • Help manage marketing stock across offices. Order merchandise for client events and meetings.
    • Ensure marketing collateral is up-to-date and stored in online libraries.
    • Maintain the Marketing team’s intranet sites to ensure content is up-to-date.
    • Maintain team project plans and events calendar and other relevant databases.
    • Support Marketing Executives with client activities
    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. Schedule team meetings, book rooms, take notes and actions from meetings.
    • Track invoices and ensure prompt payment, liaise with the finance team when necessary.
    • Build and maintain audience lists using CRM system.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills
