Job description
Following a fourth successive year of double-digit growth we are currently looking to grow our capabilities within our Channel Marketing team by hiring a new Marketing and Events Assistant. You will be supporting the Partner Marketing Manager, Caitlyn Walters and relevant team members with their busy day-to-day. You will be responsible for organising activities on and off-site such as partner visits, exhibitions, and ESET-organised events such as networking lunches and dinners as well as large conferences. You will have the opportunity to think creatively with these events to stay ahead of the curve to make us stand out in the marketplace. Further to this, you will have the opportunity to have full exposure to a busy and exciting Marketing team, getting involved in projects such as Channel Marketing campaigns and product launches – with the opportunity to be the lead coordinator and put your stamp on things.
This role will require close working relationships to develop not only with the immediate marketing team but also the Channel Sales team, which is made up of 14 Account Managers, 3 Sales Managers, and Head of Sales. This relationship is extremely important to the success of challenging business objectives for 2024 and will give you excellent exposure to the commercial side of the business.

Your day-to-day could look like
- Ordering branded merchandise
- Sourcing and coordinating with event venues
- Full management of the merchandise store room and inventory
- Being the main point of contact for the Sales team to request Partner packs and merchandise requests
- Tracking the marketing activities (campaigns, webinars, events, sales activities)
- Organising both ESET-organised and non-ESET events (tradeshows, exhibitions, partner networking sessions, conferences)
- Being the main source of Internal Communication, distributing new marketing material and sales enablement resources to the Sales team
- Supporting the Partner Marketing Manager with distribution relationships
- Attend Partner visits and marketing planning calls
- Manage the Marketing Inbox communications, forwarding emails to relevant stakeholders
