To ensure all bid submission information is received, understood, coordinated and managed. Coordinating submissions and developing appropriate written answers for PQQ and tender returns.
Key Accountabilities

- Embody the core values of the Company in the day to day working of the Proposals team
- Implement and comply with all Company requirements across bid activity work practices
People:
- Work in harmony with Senior Bid Writer, Proposals Manager and Proposals Team
- Recognise the importance of fairness and equality in the workplace, treating everyone with dignity and respect
- Work with Proposals Team on PQQ and tender documentation to produce high quality submissions
- Liaise with colleagues to collate and write up case study information regarding existing clients and method statements for PQQ and tender submissions
- Writing answers to PQQ and Tender questions for core business activities such as H&S, Quality, Training etc.
- Establishing close working relationship with internal departments such as operations, health and safety, quality, business development to facilitate transfer of knowledge into successful bids
- Completion of supplier questionnaires for submission to potential clients
- Regular review of submissions library/model answers to ensure best practice is implemented on bids
- Maintenance of Contract Database
- Updating of Submissions Library and model answers
- Managing the download of tenders/PQQ’s from various tender portals
- Managing formatting of documentation for inclusion in bids using: Excel, Word (Headers & Footers), Powerpoint, Adobe
- Managing logging PQQ/tenders and chasing up outcome of submissions
- Coordination of Q&A process during bidding stage
- Management of the password/portal spreadsheet
- Updating of Pipeline Report

About you
Experience & Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree level (Preferable)
- Good knowledge of desktop packages such as word, acrobat reader, excel.
