We are now accepting applications for our 2022 Graduate GIS Consultant Programme and other graduate vacancies within our group. Working with the latest Esri technology, you will gain an understanding of how our customers across a range of sectors use ArcGIS and will use your skills to help them be even more successful. We are proud that so many graduates start their careers with us, develop their knowledge, progress to other positions, and remain with Esri UK for many years.

What graduate jobs are available?

Graduate GIS Consultants (Aylesbury based), starting 26th Sept 2022 - 2-year Graduate Programme which allows you to gain an unrivalled breadth of experience in key areas of our business by working alongside our various internal teams. This is a permanent contract, so once this two-year programme is completed, your future is secure, as we will work with you to find the best role for you within our organisation to continue your career. Esri Ireland also offer a Dublin based graduate programme.

Closing date for applications is 31st January 2022.

Other graduate level roles available now or in early 2022 include: Junior Support Analyst, Junior Customer Success Consultant, Sales Development Representative, Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager, Academy GIS Consultant, Product Marketing Executive, and graduate opportunities at Esri Ireland and Helyx (part of the Esri UK group)

What do we ideally look for in a graduate application?

  • Holding, or predicted to achieve, at least a 2:1 In a relevant degree subject in GIS, Geography, IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering or similar.  
  • Graduates who are genuinely keen to develop a career within GIS 
  • Excellent communicators, with good presentation skills 
  • Problem solvers, who can analyse data and situations 
  • A good, tailored cover letter and an obvious passion to join us 
  • Ability to work in or relocate to the required location for the position applied for 
  • Able to work full time in the UK and pass a basic security clearance

Interview process: Initial video interviews will be held with shortlisted applicants in early 2022 for the graduate programme and may be earlier for other graduate roles. Successful candidates will then be invited to formal interviews or assessments. Graduate Programme assessments will take place in March/April.
