The role
As a EWH & Sports Marketing Manager Intern, you will support the North Europe Trade Marketing Manager to execute EWH & Sports strategy and implement marketing activities across EssilorLuxottica brands.
Areas of responsibilities and related activities
The successful candidate will have the following accountability in the role:
Examples of areas in which you will assist include, but are not limited to:
- coordination of the EWH marketing calendar, managing campaign visuals, copy, brief & tracking campaign performance.
- coordination of TradeUp platform for the forecasting and allocation of Trade materials.
- understanding usage of visual library in and out, including process and lead time.
- assisting with brand visual preparation, which includes selection, adaptation, and approval of asset usage on EWH clients’ websites.
- proactively coordinating the removal and replacement of expired or unauthorized materials online.
- coordination and follow up of campaign approvals with brand and commercial teams.
- proof reading and check brand and marketing communications adhering to the brand guidelines;
- periodic review of retailers, analysis of activities, new brand or campaign launches including competitors (instore, digital, and social)
- processing requests from clients from start to delivery.
- producing marketing activation reports, include activity evaluation and KPI analysis;
- assisting with ad-hoc administration duties for the marketing department as and when required;
About you
- be educated to degree-level;
- be proficient in Microsoft packages;
- have demonstrable organizational skills;
- have good spoken and written English;
- have experience in marketing; and
- have a demonstrable interest in marketing.
- have e-commerce experience is a plus point.
