    Job scope and main responsibilities

    As the Lens Product Marketing Intern, you will support North Europe Business Product Managers to execute brand strategy and implement marketing activities across our blockbuster range.

    Examples of areas in which you will assist include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing the development, transcreation and delivery of print and digital material through FIDO
    • Assisting with the administration of trainings, trade events and promotional events
    • Proof reading and checking brand communications and material adhering to the brand guidelines
    • Managing the content uploads and creation of campaign assets to SharePoint for the commercial team
    • Checking, amending and sharing new product presentations
    • Ensuring marketing product materials are up-to date and reprinting as and when
    • Monthly competitor analysis reports in the field and online, this will involve time in the field with the sales team
    • Monitoring sales of customers and looking at opportunities to increase our blockbuster penetration rates
    • Producing reports including activity evaluation and segmentation analysis
    • Monitoring sales of incentives and promotion and creating reports
    • Managing the ordering and fulfilment of demo tools and POS
    • Monitoring and maintaining budget by raising purchases orders and raising cross-company invoices
    • Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties for the marketing department as and when required
    • Working closely with NE Trade marketing and digital teams

    Portrait of a perfect candidate

    To apply for and be successful in this role, the candidate must:

    • Be proficient in Microsoft packages;
    • Have demonstrable organisational skills;
    • Have good spoken and written English;
    • Have experience in marketing; and
    • Have a demonstrable interest in marketing.

    Candidate profile

    Educational Background: degree level preferable

    Languages:

    • English mandatory
    • Dutch, French, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish and Danish preferable
