About the role

The responsibility of the Sales graduate is to maximize customer retention and support sales growth across the UK&I portfolio. This is a national role frequent travel will be required to visit our customers.

What you will do
- Consult with end customers (cleaning and facilities management companies) on best solutions and use of data-driven cleaning along with Key Account Managers
- Ensure proper deployment of Tork Vision Cleaning in new sites in conjunction with installation partners
- Train customer on solution and system features to drive adoption so that they can fully leverage the benefits of the system
- Interpret data to make recommendations to optimise cleaning operations, improve user experience and engage customers on new ways of working
- Manage a portfolio of customers using Tork Vision Cleaning to ensure contract renewals, extensions and upsells
- Provide customer insights using tools such as PowerBi to create value for the customer
- Being the link between customer needs & future development of the solution
- Seek referrals from existing customers to create new opportunities
Who you are
A recent qualified graduate (Bachelor or Master degree qualified) who has an interest in developing and leading yourself, a curiosity to learn new things and an ability to inspire people to achieve things together.
With your solution-oriented approach you are eager to make a difference and have the courage to act on own ideas. You are a great net worker and communicator who thrives in a changing environment.
This is a national role which requires travel to cover the area therefore, a driving license is required.
