    The Estée Lauder Companies is currently seeking a Compounding Technician within the Compounding department on a 13-month placement opportunity to join an experienced and committed team at Whitman Laboratories whereas a site we manufacture around a fifth of Estée Lauder’s global sales output.     The Role

    The role will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with production teams to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement throughout the Compounding department.

    You may be working on a variety of projects as part of our team to help improve manufacturing process directly impacting on production output and quality. The successful candidate will be supporting the production team to meet ambitious schedules and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Studying an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or related subject and be on track to achieving a 2:1 standard or higher. (A Chemical, industrial or mechanical engineering degree is preferred).
