This role will be reporting to the Senior/Marketing Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by organising, coordinating, and executing key marketing activities. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organised individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
What this role does
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Assist in the planning and coordination of consumer launch plans and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for retail moments and activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns across all channels.
Content and campaign management
- Coordinate the adaptation and delivery of global marketing content for local market needs.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce social media, email, video, and in-store marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency in all communications and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Retail and digital marketing
- Organise and track the implementation of retail marketing plans with key partners, including landlords and retailers.
- Support the execution of omnichannel consumer events, both in-store and virtual, including logistics and post-event analysis.
- Monitor retail marketing performance and assist in compiling competitor audits and market trend reports.
Administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring alignment across global and local teams.
- Coordinate sample inventory management and assist in the distribution of promotional materials and gift with purchase to partners.
- Provide administrative support for budget tracking, forecasting, campaign reporting, and team meetings.
Collaboration and team support
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and cross-functional departments to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as retailers and media agencies.
- Support the Marketing team with ad hoc tasks as needed to meet project deadlines.
What you will need to be succesful in this role
- Early experience in marketing or coordination role, preferably in retail, beauty, or luxury sectors.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
