An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estee Lauder UK Finance team as a Graduate within our Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Our UK Financial Planning & Analysis Team play a significant role in driving Estee Lauder UK’s performance, providing business partnering support to all our brands and functions. It supports from the strategic planning process to the annual budgeting cycle to the monthly estimate as well as the monthly close. It provides ongoing timely, high-quality information to analyse and monitor the business, providing insight to support decision-making to help the business grow and evolve.

About the role

The Graduate programme is a 4-year programme during which the successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of UK FP&A, having the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills through on the job coaching, structured training courses as well as the support of an experienced mentor. In addition, as a graduate on this programme, you will be supported both financially and professionally to study towards the CIMA qualification underpinned by a robust learning and development program.

You will be contributing and adding value from day one undertaking a variety of tasks to support the needs of the FP&A team and your tasks will evolve as you develop your knowledge and skills. These could include preparing reports and analysis for Senior Management, providing information to the Financial Control team to support the monthly close or liaising with brand teams in London on budget management.

Requirements

To qualify for our graduate programme, we expect you to have a solid academic record as evidenced in:

  • achieved or be expecting to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree in the UK or international equivalent
  • 260 UCAS points
  • B or above in GCSE Mathematics and English Language

You must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK without the support of a work visa. You will be, be numerate, and demonstrate strong communication skills. You’ll enjoy building relationships, be curious and keen to learn and try new things and be motivated and proactive.
