    Aveda is one of the fastest growing brands in Estee Lauder EMEA (double digit for three years in a row) and the #1 high performance Vegan haircare in the prestige sector. We are seeking a pro-active and passionate marketing coordinator to work on both regions. The primary objective of this role will be to support the Regional brand Director to ensure the successful and effective implementation of the Marketing Calendar to include new launches .

    Role Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    Consumer calendar development & excecution:

    • Lead delivery of marketing calendar and partner with the Demand Planning Team to develop forecasts for new product launches and sampling in relevant categories for EMEA and LATAM regions
    • Work collaboratively with wider marketing and online to ensure all teams are well briefed on forthcoming launches activities.
    • Monitor the market constantly on competitor activity and strategy
    • Develop, lead and Manage forecasting gift and omni offer quantities to support all channels
    • Work closely with the brand.com manager at EMEA and Latam to identity trend and sales
    • Support on pricing from annual price increase to new product launches
    • Share EMEA and LATAM best practices on consumer plan on a daily basis

    Reporting & analytics:

    • Monitor competitor activity & tracking from an omnichannel perspective
    • Monthly analysis of key business metrics: NPD, sell in, and brand,com sell out for each regions and cascade information to wider audience
    • Monthly analysis of new launches from forecast attainment to sell in/sell out performances
    • Best practices report : Collect feedback from the markets in general and develop report on launches and best practices ( VM, media, PR to online)
    • Support profitability analysis (magic quadrant with finance support)

    Additional responsibilities:

    • Play an active part of the Go to Market Call and launch brainstorm session (from organization, calendar to presentation)
    • Support Presentation to trade partners (pureplayers) , brand induction, Go to market call
    • Respond to queries & requests from affiliates on a timely basis.
    • Support annual conference for EMEA & LATAM
    • Support education : from assets to best practices with matrix report to education director

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Candidates should be educated to degree / graduate level with experience of working in a marketing function.
    • 1 to 2 years marketing or online experience
    • Highly numerate and analytical with great attention to detail.
    • Able to work effectively under pressure, juggling many projects with a level of autonomy.
    • Proven organizational skills and a positive can-do attitude.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • An interest in and understanding of all thing’s beauty.
    • Strong relationship building skills.
    • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ideally one to two additional languages of which Spanish
    • Results orientated and strong work ethic embracing Estee Lauder values
