Our Property team plays a key role in that, managing everything from lease agreements and legal documents to maintenance and major refurbishments.
From negotiating lease agreements and managing legal documentation, to coordinating essential maintenance and delivering large-scale refurbishments, the Property team supports every corner of our business. It’s fast-paced, collaborative and full of variety – and no two days are the same.
We’re now looking for a proactive and detail-driven Property Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, solving problems, and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Your journey
- Maintain up-to-date property records, lease schedules and asset databases to ensure accurate and accessible, giving the team up-to-date information they can rely on
- Coordinating day-to-day property maintenance and repair requests, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to resolve issues promptly
- Supporting the preparation and filing of leases, licences, contracts and other key documentation
- Monitoring critical dates such as lease expiries, rent reviews, and break clauses, ensuring deadlines are tracked and actioned proactively
- Assisting with planning, compliance and legal documentation as part of property projects and transactions
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider Property team – from arranging meetings to processing invoices
- Liaising with landlords, agents and legal advisors, acting as a key point of contact for all things admin
We’re looking for someone who is
- A highly organised and proactive administrator, ideally with experience in property, real estate, facilities, or a construction-related environment
- Someone who’s confident juggling multiple priorities and thrives in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – you’re comfortable speaking with colleagues, contractors, and external partners
- A natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with databases and document management systems
