About the programme
From your first day, you will be involved in meaningful work that is cerebral and calculated; focused on the long-term consequences of a decision, rather than the immediate monetary reward of getting a deal across the line. With only four to five people on a project at any one time, our analysts get huge exposure to senior colleagues with decades of experience.
Programme structure
Our full-time graduate analyst programme begins with six weeks of technical and soft skills training. During this time, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with peers as well as developing your new technical skills - ensuring you can add value to your team early on. As an Evercore graduate, you will have the chance to find the best fit for your future. During the programme, we offer two nine-month rotations, giving you the opportunity to experience varying team sizes and industries.

Opportunities by business
Advisory
Our advisory programme consists of two nine-month rotations across our industry sector groups and complimentary practice teams. You will work on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, financings, public offerings, private placements and other strategic advisory services to clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Restructuring
Our Restructuring team provides advice on the creation of sustainable capital structures in circumstances where balance sheet difficulties have resulted from a combination of refinancing challenges, liquidity pressure and/or financial covenant breaches. The team has completed numerous high-profile transactions (including representing creditors on the $15bn amend and extend of Dubai World’s debt and representing Ocean Rig in its $3.8bn restructuring) and has a constant flow of new and unique mandates in a range of different sectors and geographies.
Private Funds Group
Evercore's Private Funds Group (PFG) provides comprehensive, global advisory services on capital raising for select sponsors. Our clients include general partners raising capital for private markets investments including private equity and private debt.
