At Exclusive Collection we are looking to develop future hoteliers, looking to progress within Hospitality on our exciting 2-year Graduate Management Programme.
The role
Throughout the 2 years you will work in various operational departments such as Room Division, Food and Beverage and Support Services and have an opportunity to dive back into your favourite department! The role will involve a little travel and you will get to see each hotel in the collection whilst attending workshops, as a part of your programme.

The Ideal Candidate
Our successful candidate will have;
- You must demonstrate a genuine passion and flair for the hospitality industry!
- A relevant hospitality related degree in any of the disciplines; Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
- Industry related experience (can include work placement) in customer facing roles.
- Due to the location of our properties you will have your own transportation to work.
- Eligibility to work in the UK for two year period of the programme.
- Ability to work shifts as required by the department to get the best out of your programme.
