About the Graduate Program:
Team Rotations: two 6-month rotations within different teams in the same office, to build knowledge across Expedia Group divisions. Contribute to meaningful work that makes a positive impact on travel, all while advancing your career
Onboarding: 1-week training that covers technical and professional skills, plus an introduction to Expedia Group
Learning Series: communities, technology talks and regular workshops to build your technical and interpersonal skills
Leadership Series: opportunities to ask questions directly to our leaders during events, and to learn about their career journeys
Social Events and Networking: build your network with other Graduates on the program during regular socials and join our Inclusion Business Groups
Support Network: mentorship from a dedicated structure of Buddies, Mentors, Managers, the Early Careers team, and the Learning & Development teams

Destination Role: after experiencing different teams during two rotations, select a preferred Destination Role and continue your journey with us.
What You’ll Do:
Program Managers coordinate technical projects across many teams at Expedia Group. You'll handle programs of work requiring great organisation, and you'll develop the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical minded people to ensure that teams are on track to achieve their goals.
Assist on software development and Machine Learning projects where agile engineering methods (e.g., Extreme Programming, Feature Driven Development) are applied and evaluate agile methodologies.
Handle parts of an unambiguous, technical project end to end as needed and defined by the program lead.
Demonstrate a willingness and flexibility to adapt your work to new processes to streamline and be more efficient.
Help coordinate and gather input and from multiple partners and teams when developing solutions to issues.
Learn to navigate delivery within scope of project/program.
Support team members with the creation of routine technical communication materials (e.g., policies and procedures, guidelines, presentations, and messages)

Graduating in 2022 with a degree in a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Math) OR a business with tech related subject (eg. Product/Project/Program Management)- for business degrees, please highlight any tech-based projects/interests on your resume
Demonstrates the ability to adapt work to streamline and improve processes
Highly organised working style with an interest in managing end to end projects and developing a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of audiences e.g., internal, external, technical, non-technical
Shows a basic understanding of how to communicate decision-making rationale to team members using insights from customers, the business, or competitors
