Join Experian's Corporate Finance Team! We're looking for a motivated graduate to join our Tax and Treasury teams based in Dublin. Reporting into a Finance Manager, you'll be in the centre of the action we work together to support Experian's global business.

As a Graduate, your time will be split equally between the Tax and Treasury teams in two twelve month placements, working with colleagues globally. The work you'll get involved in will vary, but typically, you’ll be responsible for activities such as:

  • Transfer Pricing, supporting the documentation of transactions between different parts of the Experian Group required under local tax requirements.
  • Work on diverse projects with our Corporate Finance team, supporting departments in funding, cross-border invoicing, acquisitions, and divestments.
  • Help prepare Tax returns and associated tax filings.
  • Support the Treasury Accounting team with reporting and statutory accounts preparation including collaborating with regional controllers and external auditors.

There will be direct exposure to the Global Head of Corporate Finance, the Group Treasurer and other Global Function leaders to build exposure to different finance processes.

We're looking for graduates who are driven and excited about progressing with a career in finance. You'll have an ability to respond quickly to requests, prioritise tasks and be comfortable solving problems.

As part of this programme, you will study towards your funded Irish Accountancy exams. Our Graduate roles are permanent opportunities, and you'll also take part in our 2 year structured Early Careers Development Programme when you join us which is packed with workshops, short-courses & online material designed to help kick-start your career.

Qualifications

To be eligible to join this Graduate Programme, you'll need:

  • A minimum 2:2 degree classification preferably in a numerate field (e.g. Accounting & Finance, Maths, Psychology etc). If you don't have a degree in those fields, that's ok. If you're motivated to pursue a career in finance, we'd love to hear from you.
  • To have graduated within the last three years (2023, 2024 or 2025 graduates).
  • To be committed and driven, as you will also study towards your Finance qualification.

This role is based in our central Dublin office. Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, you will be in the office up to 3 days per week. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you. Some limited travel may be required between sites in the UK.
