Our Finance Graduate programme will see you gain a solid foundation of knowledge to start your career. Reporting into a Finance Manager, we're committed to giving you a well-rounded experience and you'll be in the centre of the action as we work together with the wider business to deliver success. As such, you can expect to rotate to different areas on the programme including:
- Financial Planning & Analysis- You'll conduct revenue and cost forecasting to aid the business in making informed decisions. You'll get a great grounding and exposure to how finance works in our business. You'll be supported to run reports, analyse data and present it in engaging ways.
- Accounting & Control- You'll analyse costs and forecasting, create journals and support with resource analysis.
- Business Partnering- You'll use the knowledge you've developed so far to work with our Business Partner team; for example looking at revenue associated with our products and building business cases for investment and resourcing decisions.
As part of this programme, you will also study towards your funded CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification through a level 7 apprenticeship, which will take up to 3 years to complete.
Our Graduate roles are permanent opportunities, and you'll also take part in our 2 year structured Early Careers Development Programme when you join us which is packed with workshops, short-courses & online material designed to help kick-start your career.
Our concept is simple. We believe in expanding horizons – it's what makes Experian a global leader and a Top UK Tech Employer.

- A minimum 2:2 degree classification in a related field (e.g. Accounting & Finance / Maths / Data Analytics). If you don't have a degree in those fields, that's ok. If you have a passion for a career in finance, we'd love to hear from you!
- To have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least 3 years before starting the apprenticeship qualification and have permission from the UK government to live in the UK (not for educational purposes) or have obtained pre-settled or settled status under EUSS. We are looking for graduates who are excited about a career in Finance, with strong analytical skills and the ability to take data and present it in a creative and engaging way. You'll be comfortable with communicating with stakeholders at all levels and be open to learning about new systems and ways of working.
Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, this role is based in Nottingham and requires you to work in the office weekly. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you and you would be available to start in November 2024.
