We care about work that works, whether that’s about where you work or adjusting your hours to fit better with your life. Our flexible working practices, including our hybrid working model where you can split your working time between the office and your home, support our belief that this balance brings long-lasting benefits for our business as well as ensuring that our people can balance successful careers with their commitments and interests outside of work. So that you can love where you work, please discuss what works for you with your recruiter during the hiring process.

    Accepting you, for you.

We want you to feel accepted for who you are and to feel safe, valued and to help us build a culture of true belonging. Experian is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we take affirmative action to create a more inclusive and equitable world of work. Job description

As part of the Internal Audit Team, you will get a ‘Front row’ seat into how Experian operates across global regions (UK&I, EMEA and APAC).

From day one, you will be exposed to every aspect of technology across all regions and areas. Imagine being able to take a microscope underneath Experian, that’s exactly what you’ll be doing; making a difference by independently reviewing our technology control systems to ensure all policies, processes, tasks & behaviors are aligned to Experian & applicable standards & regulations.

You’ll also work with a variety of stakeholders across all business units, ranging from internal management, through to senior management and leadership, or the audit committee.

If you have a positive attitude, are filled with ambition and keen to add value to a high performing business unit, this is the programme for you.

As you evolve on our Graduate Programme, you’ll move towards consultancy work providing forward looking insights on technology risks faced by the business and how these can be mitigated through the control and governance framework.

As part of this programme, you will also study towards a Certified Information Systems Auditor certification by ISACA.

If you choose to join us, you can expect industry training, wide-reaching career opportunities and a wealth of support through our Early Careers Network, buddy, line manager & mentor scheme.

    Qualifications

Due to the technical nature of this role, a Bachelor’s degree in a information technology course is preferred (i.e. Computer Science, Cyber Security, Systems & Network Administration, etc. )

Don’t have a degree in those fields? That’s ok.

If you have a real passion for technology and can demonstrate an understanding of how you would support a team and deliver results, we’d love to hear from you!

We look for detail focused team players who take a proactive approach to learning.

    Why choose us?

Our colleagues’ health and wellbeing are a top priority for us, that’s why our reward, benefits and wellbeing programmes are designed so you can come to work feeling your very best self. Our benefits focus on health, money, and lifestyle so you can tailor your benefits to your own personal needs. Whether it’s your physical and mental wellness, getting to work or preparing for the next big milestone in your life, we have a range of flexible options to have you covered!

We aim to respond to all applications no later than the week after the closing date.

For this role we aim to hold online Assessment Centres commencing 11th July (*Subject to change)

Thanks for your application, interest, and patience. We look forward to meeting you!
