Our approach to flexible working
We care about work that works, whether that’s about where you work or adjusting your hours to fit better with your life. Our flexible working practices, including our hybrid working model where you can split your working time between the office and your home, support our belief that this balance brings long-lasting benefits for our business as well as ensuring that our people can balance successful careers with their commitments and interests outside of work. So that you can love where you work, please discuss what works for you with your recruiter during the hiring process.
Accepting you, for you.
We want you to feel accepted for who you are and to feel safe, valued and to help us build a culture of true belonging. Experian is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we take affirmative action to create a more inclusive and equitable world of work. We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marital status, race, ethnicity, faith or belief, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, Veteran status or whether you’re pregnant or on family leave.
About the role
Joining our Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Graduate programme means diving into a world of technology.
As an ITSM Graduate, you will play a key role in our growth and expansion as we embed, shape and develop new processes, tools and capabilities.
We will ground you in our foundational pillars, such as Service Desk, Incident Management, Service Design and Service Transition. We will also give you exposure to our Senior IT Leadership Team, to build your confidence and skills, working with senior stakeholders.
The people you will meet on your rotational pathway will support and coach you, to achieve your goals and ambitions within ITSM. You will be given stretching targets and the accountability to make things better, motivating you to improve standards, tools and processes, by collaborating across ITSM and the wider business. This means you will have a key voice in the function, taking ownership of local projects and joining wider improvement programmes.
Your successes will be celebrated and rewarded, spurring you on to continuously develop and do even better.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another technical STEM subject.
Don’t have a degree in those fields? That’s ok.
If you are a tech enthusiast and a natural problem solver, if you have a real passion for technology and can demonstrate an understanding of how and where it can be used, we will also consider applicants with a non-STEM degree.
