What role would you play within our team
Each Commercial Trading Graduate will become part of the global trading team and operate in a highly dynamic and challenging energy market.
The rotational structure of our graduate trading development programme will allow you to touch on many of the trading disciplines over a short period of time: example roles include, but are not limited to, Trading Analyst, Fundamentals Analyst, Risk Control, Gas and Power Business Development and Commercial Coordination.
You will gain a broad understanding of physical and paper trading and how it connects to our physical operations and mid- / back-office processes.
Who are we looking for
- You should currently be in your final year or have graduated in the last year, with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any discipline ranging from Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering
- Excellent communication skills and work well in diverse teams
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and recommend process enhancements
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates will be made a conditional offer of employment.
