The first month of your placement will set you up for success with a comprehensive induction and handover programme. You’ll have the chance to experience large scale manufacturing operations first hand and grow your on-site skills and experience. As your placement progresses you’ll have opportunity to seek out and take on technical projects that advance both the business and your personal development.
