    The EY NextGen Women in EY-Parthenon competition aims to inspire the next generation of exceptional female talent to pursue an exciting and fulfilling career in EY-Parthenon.

    About the EY NextGen Women Competition 

    A career in EY-Parthenon means helping clients’ address their toughest challenges through highlighting integrated, connected solutions. We guide clients to make better, more informed decisions as they buy, sell, separate, integrate, reshape, restructure or rethink their business strategy. The EY NextGen Women competition will give you important experiences and increased insight to help shape a successful career in EY-Parthenon. 

    The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries. Finalists are challenged to think critically as they undertake both group and individual challenges. 

    The country winner is then invited to attend the global final, which will take place later on this year. The finalists will work together on a case study and present findings to a panel of judges. The global winner will receive an international internship with travel to one country.

    By entering the competition, you can make meaningful connections with EY leadership that will benefit your career. You will have the opportunity to network with like-minded women and EY-Parthenon leaders working in a global organization to differentiate yourself from other graduates in an increasingly competitive job market. 

    For regional and global winners there are a variety of prizes on offer depending on your location. This may include global travel opportunities, mentoring, internships and future graduate positions in EY-Parthenon. 

    Who is the competition for? 

    EY NextGen Women is open to women currently studying at university level or equivalent and who are interested in a future career in EY-Parthenon. Successful candidates will get the chance to take part in the 2-day UK competition held at our office in London (London Bridge office) over the 16th and 17th September 2025 (UK based expenses will be covered). 

    The winner of the UK competition will then get the chance to compete in the Global Final on 2-4 November 2025 in Munich (expenses will be covered).  

    Candidate requirements 

    To be eligible to apply to the competition you must meet the below criteria: 

    • Currently studying an undergraduate degree at a UK university 
    • Minimum 112 UCAS from top 3 A levels / 5 Highers (or equivalent)  
    • Minimum 4 or above in GCSE English & Maths 
    • Right to Work eligibility for the UK 
    • Due to graduate in 2026 OR 2027 

    Application process 

    1. Application form including three written answer questions. 
      • Your answers to these questions will be scored, with the top scoring candidates selected to progress to the next stage. 
      • You are welcome to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support your application, and we won’t be assessing you based on whether you’ve used it or not, but unfortunately we do see lots of examples where AI tools have been used to create generic answers to questions. If you do use any AI tools, we encourage you to use them effectively. We want to hear about your own experiences, perspectives, and skills that make you a great candidate.
