Black Heritage in Business
We live in a diverse world, and we believe our workplace should reflect this. That’s why we’ve created programmes like this, to make everyone aware of what we do and provide an equal opportunity to work with us.
We know we need to do more –, we have a target of 40% female Partners and 20% Ethnic Minority Partners by 2025. We recognise the significance and importance of representation at senior levels in the firm and commit 15% of our Ethnic Minority target to be Black Heritage Partners. Our target for our 2023 university intakes is 8% Black Heritage hires in London, 4% in our remaining UK locations.
Discover our commitment to Black Diversity by watching our EY UK Black Heritage in Business film – and see how your voice can impact our future.

If you choose to pursue a fast-tracked internship, you’ll attend a second programme in the December after your Discover EY programme.
