    About the Role

    We are seeking two Event Assistants to join our team during an exciting period of company growth. These roles will provide support to our internal team and our many freelancers working across the world.

    You will get stuck into all aspects of event management, from creation to completion, conception to delivery and all that’s in-between.

    Outline of Responsibilities

    • To assist in projects from concept through to fulfilment, in advance and on site
    • To support the Projects Managers, Event Producers, Account Management team and Company Director as needed
    • To work to the highest of standards, assisting where needed with multiple projects at any one time
    • To represent FAB in the best possible light at all times, maintaining the FAB ethos and mentality throughout
    • To set up and support administrative tasks, such as spreadsheets, logistics bookings, accommodation bookings, expenses, float, booking and liaising with contractors, etc
    • To ensure all project work is filed and saved properly
    • To arrange meetings, both over zoom and in person, and to take minutes as needed

    About You

    • Based in/around London but with an ability to travel to central London daily
    • Keen interest in working in live events
    • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
    • Flexible approach to working hours
    • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
    • Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain high level of accuracy & adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Keen on working in a fast-paced environment

    Included in the Role

    • Holiday allowance: 25 days, plus National UK Holidays
    • Days in lieu are given for National UK Holidays worked where the employee is not offered an alternative midweek day off.
