    Creative operations

    We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

    London

    Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open-plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events

    The role

    Positioned in the Creative Development team within the wider Global Creative Operations team, the Junior Creative Producer is responsible for delivering test photoshoots and creative development projects from end to end. This hybrid role is pivotal in driving creative evolvement for e-commerce imagery on the farfetch.com marketplace, producing test shoots to execute new concepts and innovations, including AI and 3D technologies.

    What you'll do

    • Produce test shoots at our global studio facilities to test new creative concepts and innovations according to the creative development roadmap, which may change rapidly to meet business priorities;
    • Produce critical paths in workflow tools with clear instructions and owners for pre production, set build, shoot days, post production and final delivery, to ensure accountability across all areas for a successful final delivery;
    • Brief relevant teams on new shoots / new creative development projects (i.e. a successful kick off) to ensure all stakeholders are clear on scope and expected deliverables;
    • Plan regular routines and communication to ensure stakeholders are informed on the progress of multiple shoot / project briefs;
    • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to schedule internal talent and shoot resources;
    • Manage the creative testing annual budget, ensuring all shoots are produced and delivered to deadline within budget;
    • Push back on requests and queries that aren’t aligned with timelines, roadmaps or outside of budget;
    • Build a black book of external creative shoot resource whose signature styles are aligned with our visual identity on farfetch.com ;
    • Wash up after shoots/ projects with key stakeholders to ensure any learnings and feedback are captured to encourage a continuous improvement culture for future shoots/projects;
    • Manage shoot invoicing.

    Who you are

    • Strong written and verbal communicator in English;
    • Strong creative research skills;
    • Flexible to travel to Portugal frequently;
    • Organized, agile to change and calm under pressure;
    • Ability to juggle multiple shoot and project briefs;
    • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback across different peer groups;
    • Capable of influencing both senior and junior level stakeholders, within both operational and creative teams;
    • Sound knowledge of the wider end to end e-commerce photography studio process;
    • Sound interest in seasonal luxury fashion, technology and innovation.
