For the Net Revenue Intern position, we're looking for someone with a keen interest in data and numerical analysis. Ideal candidates will possess excellent Excel and PowerBi capabilities and be adept at using these tools daily.

Main responsibilities

As the Net Revenue Intern at Ferrero, your primary responsibilities will encompass the maintenance and enhancement of commercial tools used both locally and across the group. A significant part of your role will be to ensure the integrity and quality of data within the Revenue Growth Management tools at the group level. This involves a detailed focus on data accuracy to aid strategical decisions.

Additionally, you'll be tasked with tracking the performance of Net Revenue Management in the market, benchmarking it against a set of internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This will involve analysing trends, identifying deviations, and providing insights that could influence strategical directions.

Your role includes assisting the team in organisational tasks, particularly in preparing for and participating in weekly and monthly meetings. In these meetings, you'll contribute by presenting findings, sharing insights, and assisting in the planning and execution of revenue management strategies.

Who we are looking for

You'll flourish in this role if you're self-driven and proactive, possessing standout communication and logical capabilities, along with the independence to tackle complex assignments. You will have a real passion for learning and development and the ability to complete work to a very high standard to tight deadlines. Have a keen interest in identifying opportunities from data and working through a process to bring insights to reality.Your adeptness to organising your tasks efficiently and your collaborative spirit will be essential for success in this internship. Have a good working knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel ( including ability to create Pivot Tables), knowledge of PowerBI will be a valuable advantage.

We invite applications from recent graduates, individuals taking a gap year, and students in their final year pursuing degrees in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or related fields. A genuine interest in the consumer goods industry, particularly in chocolates or confectionery, will serve you well. We are on the lookout for candidates who excel in leadership, teamwork, and logical thought, and who distinguish themselves through outstanding communication and people skills. The capacity to navigate the rapid pace and constant evolution of our work environment is crucial.

  2. Testing phase during that last week of April
  3. Assessment Center will take place May 2024
