We are searching for a talented Demand Planning Analyst candidate to ensure Fibrus operations are timely, efficient, and cost effective. You will be responsible for demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analysing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.

The role

  • Utilize Material Forecast Models, BOM Data, Stock Holding, Stock Usage & Purchase Order reports to create a Demand Plan for the Procurement team.
  • Monitor forecasted supply and demand to advise on overstocking and stock shortages
  • Analysing Forecasts validating by item level to report in the explanation and reconciliation of variance for KPI measurements.
  • Actively contribute to the development and support of capacity planning processes, tools and techniques, making continuous improvements
  • Contribute to the maintenance of product master data quality
  • Proactively influence and engage key stakeholders across Procurement, Warehouses & Operations teams
  • Ensuring compliance with Procurement policy and processes.

About you

  • Experience in a similar role preferably with Supply Chain experience from a Technology, Utilities or Telecoms background
  • Superb attention to detail, structured and meticulous in completing required tasks
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, put to good use by not just handling large amounts of data but quality assuring the data
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite experience – particularly Excel (Power BI desirable)
