    Your role 

    This isnt just a jobits a career with purpose. Youll be helping clients plan for the future by preparing Wills that reflect their wishes. Working closely with our Wills People and Operations Lead, youll receive comprehensive training and work at a pace to build your confidence in independent working and client engagement. Plus, youll gain accredited external will-writing training.

    Key responsibilities

    • Draft and input information for Wills
    • Prepare basic and mirror Wills
    • Meet clients in-person, via Zoom/Teams/FaceTime, or at home visits to guide them through the process

    What you bring

    • A Law or Business Studies degree, or administrative experience in a legal environment
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A friendly, professional telephone manner that makes a lasting impression
    • Sharp attention to detail
    • A collaborative mind setyou see helping others as part of the job
    • Good IT skills and adaptability to new systems
    • A full UK driving licence
    • A willingness to learn
